This sounds like so much fun. Love the idea of selecting the wine to pair with the book. I want to be a part of that committee!

Liz is so thoughtful with her picks! It’s so much fun to see what she chooses—it’s a gift! I bet she’d take you under her wing ;)

Okay I LOVED this!

I recently started a book club with some of my local Indiana gals focused on reading classics--it's been such a delight to encourage friends that great books are more accessible than they thought and to talk about what is good, true, and beautiful in so many old works. Our first discussion was on Anne of Green Gables last week :)

That sounds so fun, Jill! The perfect book club! There’s something so wonderful about rereading the classics at a later stage in life. Even (especially) “children’s” classics get right to the heart of what it means to be human. And Anne Shirley is one of the best characters ever written!

Couldn’t agree more! I’m constantly thinking about life (and books!) differently after my book club meets. And I LOVE that you picked Anne of Green Gables. A time-tested favorite on so many levels!
